At The MENTOR Network, we have more than 30 years of experience providing services for youth and families at risk. Our experienced staff and caring foster parents, who we call “Mentors,” are dedicated to helping youth of all ages and their families lead healthy, stable lives. We offer a continuum of community-based services—including Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) and family preservation services—designed to help the children and families we serve build stronger foundations and brighter futures, no matter their background or barriers.
Our programs are specifically designed to help youth with emotional, behavioral and medically complex challenges. We specialize in serving children who have experienced trauma, loss, abuse or neglect and develop personalized services to help them heal and move forward with their lives.
Our services for youth and families at risk include:
Individualized Services and Case Management
Throughout all of our programs, The Network provides case management services including comprehensive assessments, Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and coordination of services across our continuum and other community resources, as appropriate. Our staff works closely with the children and adolescents we serve, their foster parents, and families of origin—when appropriate—as well as our public partners, to identify the appropriate mix of services, and we continuously monitor and adjust our ISPs to meet the changing needs of each young person we serve. Using this personalized approach, we wrap a network of support around the physical, medical, emotional and behavioral needs of each individual so they can reach their potential.
