At The MENTOR Network, we help adults with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges recover at a pace that’s right for them. We provide a range of services to treat the physical, emotional and behavioral needs of each person we serve.

Our Specialty Rehabilitation Services—delivered by our partner NeuroRestorative in community-based settings—offer a broad range of medical care, therapy, training, community integration and behavior management that help each person move through their rehabilitative journey. NeuroRestorative is committed to delivering powerful outcomes for those we serve. With a range of treatment options, we offer specialized services and supports that are unique to those we serve.

Our Continuum

NeuroRestorative

NeuroRestorative offers services in 25 states and specializes in community-based, post-acute brain injury rehabilitation services, including Neurorehabilitation, Neurobehavioral, transitional living, supported living, outpatient services and day programs, with supports including physical, vocational and speech therapies. Collectively, NeuroRestorative’s services and supports promote community involvement and help individuals become more independent.

To help individuals with medically complex needs begin their recovery, NeuroRestorative also offers 24/7 subacute care that supports each person’s outcome goal or their transition home. Our subacute services can support individuals with a wide range of medically complex challenges, including brain and spinal cord injury, neuromuscular disorders, pulmonary disease, burns or wounds.

Services for Veterans & Military Service Members

Military3The MENTOR Network is also honored to serve Veterans, Military Service Members and their families. We offer a range of inpatient and community-based service options for individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries or other complex medical or neurological challenges. Through an understanding of military culture—honed from years of experience serving America’s heroes—we focus on creating individualized service plans to ensure we meet each person’s physical, cognitive, behavioral, and emotional needs.
