The MENTOR Network

Respect for our Workforce

The Network’s employees are as diverse as the services we offer and the individuals we support, but we are united by the shared mission of building relationships and enhancing lives. Together, we are one community working to deliver meaningful outcomes for those we serve—which in turn, creates energizing and rewarding experiences for our employees. We promote a culture of shared respect and believe that each employee and each role contributes to our mission and our collective success.

While those who work in direct care—whether as direct support professionals, clinical coordinators, life skills trainers or family centered specialists—have daily interaction with those we serve, every member of our workforce plays a vital role in helping the adults and children we serve live life to the fullest in the communities they call home. Members of our IT team, for instance, enable therapists and program managers to access critical information that helps them deliver individualized services, while our human resources team is constantly recruiting talented individuals who can ensure that we provide the best possible services and supports.

Meaningful Careers

We value the passion and commitment of our employees and provide them the opportunity to build challenging and rewarding careers across multiple functions, service lines and locations. Our employees have limitless opportunities to enrich their careers through diverse experiences and continued learning.

From behavioral and mental health specialists to direct care staff, expert clinicians and corporate professionals, the people of The MENTOR Network work in a multi-faceted environment in which they can grow and succeed. With an array of opportunities from coast to coast, the possibilities are as extensive as they are exciting.

Come explore the opportunities at The MENTOR Network for yourself and see how rewarding it can be to become part of our network of caring.

Recognition and Support

At The MENTOR Network we believe in recognizing the best among us—the all-too-often unsung heroes—who make a difference each day in the lives of the children and adults we support.

Our annual Ripple of Hope Awards recognize The Network’s most outstanding employees, Mentors and other independent contractors from across the country whose passion, energy and skill have created a positive impact in the lives of others. While closer to home, our local partners also take time on a regular basis to celebrate the accomplishments and milestones of our team members whose daily acts make a difference in the lives of others.

Through our DSP of the Week campaign, we recognize the outstanding commitment of our Direct Support Professionals, Life Skills Trainers Personal Service Attendants, Certified Nurses Assistants and others in direct support for their dedication to those we serve and their critical role in carrying out our mission every day. Each September, our DSP of the Day campaign recognizes a different member of our direct support staff each day for their commitment to those we serve.

Whether it’s the quarterly NeuroRestorative Heroes or any of the annual recognition programs that take place across the country—Massachusetts MENTOR’s Commitment to Caring or the New Jersey MENTOR Star’s Awards—we believe in acknowledging the impact of those who go above and beyond in service to our mission.
