Samantha Dwinell Chief People Officer
As CPO, Samantha is responsible for the strategic direction, management and execution of The MENTOR Network’s people strategy. She oversees human resources for the company, including human capital systems, employee services, talent recruitment, learning and development and total rewards. Prior to joining the company in 2020, Sam spent nineteen years at Texas Instruments, most recently as vice president of talent management leading initiatives focused on change management, leadership development, culture, engagement, diversity and inclusion, people analytics and HR technology. Sam holds a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from Miami University, a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from University of Illinois, and a M.A. in Management & Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University. She is currently a Texas Women’s Foundation Board Member and Chairperson of the Industrial Advisory Council at the Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas, Dallas.
