Pat Krippendorf Vice President, Employee Service and Human Capital Systems
As vice president of employee service and human capital systems, Pat is responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation, optimization and delivery of high quality, cost effective human resources services at The MENTOR Network. Pat oversees a team of HR professionals who manage the employee service center, payroll, time and attendance, employment changes, benefits administration, and work with operations to implement HR programs throughout The Network.
Prior to joining The Network, Pat spent more than 20 years at World Travel Holdings, where as a key member of the leadership team she help grow the company from a small start-up to the largest cruise seller in America. Pat is also president of Adventure Bear Cubs, a multi-product, multi-faceted business she founded in 2010 serving the children’s education market.
Pat holds a BS from Salem State College and is a longtime volunteer at the Interfaith Food Pantry.
