Natasha Hudspeth Chief Diversity Officer & Vice President of Talent
As Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President of Talent, Natasha leads The MENTOR Network’s Diversity, Culture and Talent team. The team provides staff and managers with the tools they need to be successful in a purposeful, inclusive and performance-driven culture by developing and implementing strategic, integrated talent management initiatives. The team is also responsible for ensuring that the Company’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion is embedded in its practices, policies, and programs.
Natasha joined The MENTOR Network in January 2021 with 15 years of experience building and leading teams to support cultural integration, talent strategy and overall employee experience across various industries, most recently with Learfield IMG College and G6 Hospitality. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and M.S. in Industrial Psychology from Texas A&M University.
