Mary Rodenberg-Roberts Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Compliance Officer
In her role as vice president and assistant general counsel, compliance and regulatory, and compliance officer, Mary oversees the organization’s compliance program and regulatory legal practice to ensure ethical practices at all levels of the organization in accordance with The Network’s Quality of Care Standards, Code of Ethics, and the laws and regulations governing the communities served. Mary joined the company in 1987 as a direct support professional.
Having adopted 20 children from the U.S. Waiting Children project, each of whom have varying disabilities or special needs, she brings a unique perspective to her leadership role and has experienced public systems from several angles. Mary holds a B.S. from Mankato State University with a double major in law enforcement and corrections, and a J.D. from Hamline University School of Law.
