Jon Fisher Vice President, Operations, Community Support Services Operating Group
As vice president of operations for the Community Support Services (CSS) Operating Group in the Atlantic region, Jon oversees services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and West Virginia.
Jon joined The Network in 2006 with the company’s acquisition of American Habilitation Services, Inc., where he served as state director for seven years. He held the position of executive director for Florida and Georgia MENTOR, before transitioning in 2014 into the role of vice president of operations in the Children and Family Services Operating Group, overseeing human services in multiple states. Jon began his career in human services nearly 30 years ago as a direct support professional. His extensive experience leading multi-state, multi-service teams in the delivery of services for individuals with I/DD and children—both therapeutic foster care and behavioral health services—has made him a leader in his field. Jon currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Rehabilitation Facilities, which he has done for more than a decade, part of that time as the chairman of the board. He holds a B.A. from Concordia College.
