Jane Wiemerslage Vice President, Field Quality Improvement, Community Support Services Operating Group
In her role as vice president for field quality improvement in the Community Support Services (CSS) Operating Group, Jane provides leadership and direction to operations to implement The Network’s quality improvement and risk management programs. As a member of the company’s quality improvement leadership team, Jane helps establish the quality improvement management framework for The Network. She is also an editor and creator of Safety Net, The Network’s monthly newsletter for caregivers and those who support them.
Jane started her career in health and human services providing direct support and then supervising services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Minnesota. Prior to joining The Network in 2003, Jane supervised all I/DD licensing for the State of Minnesota. Jane also has experience as a human services licensor and taught elementary-aged children with emotional/ behavioral needs. She holds a BA in psychology and education from Luther College and completed graduate courses in special education at Minnesota State University.
