Bruce Kuluris Vice President, Operations, Specialty Rehabilitation Services

As vice president of operations for Specialty Rehabilitation Services at The MENTOR Network, Bruce is responsible for the direction and oversight of all CareMeridian facilities to ensure the highest quality care for program participants, and improved access to care through partnerships with state and local governments and private health care agencies.

Bruce began working with CareMeridian in 1993 as a consultant for rehabilitation services through his own company Kuluris Rehab Services and subsequently joined CareMeridian in 2003 as director of rehabilitation, which ultimately led him to his current position. Bruce began his now more than 30-year career in health care at the Rehabilitation Institute of Orange, providing physical therapy to adult and pediatric patients with neurological impairments. He was also the chief physical therapist for an acute hospital including ICU and subacute care, and later clinical director and partner for a home and community-based program for people who experienced catastrophic injuries and illnesses.

Bruce serves on the board of the charitable organization Network Angels and chairs the Marketing Development Committee of the Neurodevelopmental Treatment Association. He holds a M.B.A. from The University of Phoenix and a B.S. in physical therapy from California State University at Long Beach.  He is a registered physical therapist and certified in neurodevelopmental treatment.
