Bill Allen Senior Vice President, Operations, Children & Family Services Operating Group
Bill guides all programs within the Children & Family Services (CFS) Operating Group as senior vice president of operations, overseeing all of The MENTOR Network’s services for youth at risk and families in Alabama, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania and South Carolina.
With a career spanning the human services spectrum, Bill has extensive experience in children’s mental health, therapeutic foster care, I/DD waiver services, and ICF/MR. He joined The Network in 1997 as state director of Florida, a position he held until he was named executive director in 2009, and more recently, vice president of operations for all human services in multiple states. Bill holds a B.A. from the University of Florida and an M.S. in counseling from St. Thomas University.
