Bill Allen Senior Vice President, Operations, Children & Family Services Operating Group
As senior vice president of the Children and Family Services (CFS) operating group, Bill oversees strategic planning and service delivery for The MENTOR Network’s programs serving children at risk and their families in ten states. With a career spanning the human services spectrum, Bill has extensive experience in children’s mental health, therapeutic foster care, I/DD waiver services, and ICFs/MR. He joined The MENTOR Network in 1997 as state director of Florida, a position he held until he was named executive director in 2009, and more recently, vice president of operations for all human services in multiple states. Bill holds a B.A. from the University of Florida and an M.S. in counseling from St. Thomas University.
