The MENTOR Network provides a full continuum of rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other neurological challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer individualized care and rehabilitation options, including specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
We believe that personalized services and meaningful relationships can have a life-changing impact, and we see that in action each day. Our services for individuals with brain injury deliver meaningful outcomes that help them rebuild their lives. The Network offers decades of experience, strength and stability that allow us to deliver individualized services to the people we serve.
A National Organization with a Local Touch
The MENTOR Network is a premier health and human services provider offering an array of high-quality services in programs across the country. With community-based programs in more than 35 states, we are able to support our local programs with the resources, expertise, technology and systems of a national organization. We have a proven track record of successfully welcoming providers of brain injury rehabilitation services to our organization and are committed to delivering a positive experience—for you, your employees and the individuals you serve.
We currently provide services for individuals with brain injury in 26 states. We have welcomed many of our programs into The Network through acquisition and have seen the difference that a shared mission to help people with brain injury recover has made in their lives.
Responding Quickly to COVID-19
When the COVID-19 pandemic began, we worked quickly to protect the safety of the individuals we serve, as well as our employees, and minimize disruption to services so that individuals could continue receiving services throughout quarantine. We implemented protocols consistent with current guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local health departments and our internal COVID-19 Task Force. We provide PPE including surgical and N95 masks as appropriate to help protect the health of those we serve and our employees.
The MENTOR Network has shipped 1.3 million masks per month to more than 3,000 locations nationwide.
We leveraged our national resources including technology and our experienced staff to adapt our services to the changing needs of those we serve. Where possible, we transitioned to telehealth services in order to provide support remotely. In many programs, interactive telehealth services allow staff to deliver therapies to individuals with brain injury in a HIPAA-compliant virtual format.
As the pandemic continues to impact our communities, we continue to implement protocols consistent with current guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health departments to prevent the spread of coronavirus, including:
- Daily health screenings and symptom monitoring
- Regular cleaning and sanitizing of care settings
