The MENTOR Network is pleased to announce that it has expanded its Adult Day Health (ADH) services with the addition of one center in New Jersey and three in Massachusetts.
Located in Paterson, New Jersey, Mi Casa Es Su Casa Adult Day Health Center provides person-centered day services to elders, including nursing care, social activities and healthy, delicious meals.
The Network also recently welcomed Brockton Adult Medical Day Care Centers, now known as Salvus and Fortus Adult Day Health Centers, in Brockton, Mass., and Stoughton Adult Medical Day Care Center, now known as Bom Dia, in Stoughton. With the addition of these four centers, The Network now operates 28 ADH centers in three states, serving more than 4,000 elders, including those with complex medical and rehabilitative needs. These vibrant day programs help elders remain in their homes instead of requiring higher levels of care such as nursing homes.
“We are pleased to welcome individuals served and staff from these new centers and to begin serving the residents of New Jersey,” said Michael Hofmeister, Senior Vice President of Operations for The MENTOR Network’s Adult Day Health Services. “We look forward to helping elders in these communities maintain their independence and well-being and participate actively in neighborhood life.”
