Individual Served in MENTOR Residential Program Makes Strides with the Support of Dedicated Staff

Scott is a young man with autism served by REM Heartland, a part of MENTOR. He began receiving in-home behavioral and daily living services from REM at age 4. Now that he is older, he lives in one of REM’s residential programs, where he has developed independent living skills and become active in the community. Scott and the dedicated staff who have supported him for many years were recently featured in the Fairmont Sentinel.
