Volunteer Day has grown steadily since its inception in 2013, when five Network states spent a day giving back to their communities. Since then, the Network’s employee volunteerism has grown significantly. Each year, more and more volunteers, including employees, individuals served, and their friends and family, have turned out to serve those in need, clean up, rebuild and beautify. In 2019, The MENTOR Network celebrated its seventh annual national Volunteer Day, with more than 2,000 volunteers completing 80 service projects in 32 states. In future years, we hope to increase our impact even more so that we can make a difference for more individuals and inspire others in our communities to give back.
